These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HopSpot PTY. LTD.’s mobile application, website, and related services (“HopSpot”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using HopSpot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
HopSpot is intended for users 18+. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. All information provided must be accurate and up-to-date. You must not share your account or allow unauthorised use.
3. Use of HopSpot
You must not:
- Post false or misleading content.
-Upload offensive, abusive, or illegal material. Interfere with app functionality (e.g., hacking, scraping).
- Misuse analytics in ways that violate laws or privacy.
4. User Content
By submitting content, you grant HopSpot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it within the app and related marketing. You retain ownership of your content.
5. Venue Accounts
Venues may post promotions and events. Venues are responsible for accuracy and legality of their content.
6. Accuracy of Information
Occupancy levels are based on estimates and user updates. HopSpot does not guarantee accuracy.
7. Subscriptions & Fees
Some venue features require paid subscription plans. Fees and terms are provided at sign-up. HopSpot may adjust fees with notice.
8. Intellectual Property
HopSpot, its software, and branding remain the property of HopSpot PTY LTD. Users may not copy or distribute without permission.
9. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse HopSpot. Users may delete their account at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
HopSpot is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, HopSpot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify HopSpot PTY. LTD. against claims arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material updates will be notified, and continued use means acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
