1. Promoter:
The promoter is HopSpot Pty Ltd., Queensland, Australia (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility:
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period:
The competition opens on 22 January 2026 and closes at 12:00AM AEST on 02 February 2026 (“Competition Period”).
4. How to Enter:
To enter, eligible participants must, during the Competition Period:
1. Post a vibe update using the HopSpot mobile application (must include an image)
2. Take a screenshot of their HopSpot vibe post
3. Share the screenshot to Instagram
4. Add @hopspot.live as a collaborator on the post
5. Tag the venue where the vibe was posted.
Entries that do not comply with these steps may be deemed invalid. Entry is free. No purchase is required.
5. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a prize valued at AUD $200, provided as a credit or tab redeemable at any venue listed on HopSpot within Brisbane, subject to venue availability and terms.
The prize may be used for food and/or beverages, subject to the venue’s Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) obligations and applicable laws.
The prize: Is not transferable
Is not redeemable for cash
Must be redeemed in accordance with the selected venue’s policies
The Promoter is not responsible if a venue declines redemption due to licensing, RSA, or operational reasons.
6. Winner Selection:
The winner will be drawn at random at 5:00pm AEST on 02 February 2026.The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from the official HopSpot account.If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. Venue Disclaimer:
The competition is run by the Promoter only. Participating venues are not sponsors of this promotion and are not responsible for its administration.
8. Responsible Alcohol Consumption:
The Promoter supports the responsible consumption of alcohol.
Service of alcohol is subject to venue discretion, RSA obligations, and applicable legislation.

10. GeneralThe Promoter reserves the right to:
* Verify the validity of entries
* Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms
